A Holiday Story With a Happy Ending

Y'all ready for a bedtime story? You are?

Good. Snuggle in with your blankie, and here we go:

Once there was a woman that invited eighteen of her favorite people to Christmas dinner. She had a grand time since her family and friends were there. She ate a delicious meal, shared stories of Christmas' past, listened to bright and cheerful conversations, and contentedly watched adorable children playing with their new toys.

And after she had eaten the last bite of a Christmas cookie, the woman realized that she was getting sleepy. Tired. Droopy. And before she knew it, she drifted off like this.......

And her family packed her off to bed where she slept smiling thinking about the wonderful day she had had.
