I saw a link to this company that supplies moisture-retaining eyewear. Has anyone experience with this company or used their products?
Ever since my cataract surgery, the dryness in my eyes has become a bit more significant. My eye surgeon warned me, and she was right...
I don't think I'm a the stage of needing moisture goggles yet, but having a pair of sunglasses for driving and those times spent outdoors in the wind may be just the ticket.
Here's the link to 7eye:
DRY EYE - SJÖGREN'S
No matter how mild or severe your dry eye symptoms are, you can benefit from the special protection provided by 7eye. Like old-fashioned moisture chamber goggles that have been prescribed for years for patients with extreme dry eye symptoms, glasses from 7eye help retain corneal moisture and block evaporation, but they do so much more.
Let me know what you think.

A woman in my Sjogren's group let me try on a pair. They feel SOOOO nice. She said that they worked great and really did make a difference in blocking out wind.
Thanks for the link to the site. I'm excited to try a pair myself.
I meant to say that there is a soft foam that surrounds the inside of the frame. Very comfortable to effective.
I have a pair that are a few years old. I use them in windy conditions outside. They do keep the wind mostly out of my eyes. I have the air dam not the air shield which may be better. I find them helpfu keeping up with the kids outside in the winter and on the ocean in summer.
Haven't tried this eye wear but have been experimenting with taking saffron capsules. Who knows if coincidence or not - we always give credit to our latest treatment of choice and the more crack pot the better. But I can categorically say that my eye sight has improved radically this season. My sunlight and fluorescent sensitivity is greatly reduced. The double vision that I thought was due to my fast growing cataracts is similarly greatly reduced. I can comfortably watch TV for the first time in well over a year. I can't tell you the relief that I feel. I was literally living a vampire existence away from sunlight. Such bliss to be able to drive again and open the curtains. Was it saffron or a super long flare that is passing? I don't know.
PS I do like the number test rather than letters. My silly brain can still process numbers but the letters you used to use were beyond me. Many thanks.
I have seen these before on line and very expensive! I went to a motorcycle shop and bought the sunglasses for less than 30 bucks. They have the soft lining all around and it does help on windy days.
