Sjogren's Syndrome Foundation: Sick and Tired of Feeling Sick and Tired

The Sjogren's Syndrome Foundation recently posted this on their Facebook page. Interesting. I love adding more books to my Sjogren's syndrome reference shelf.

We just added a new book to our online store: Sick and Tired of Feeling Sick and Tired: Living with an Invisible Chronic Illness, by Dr. Paul J. Donoghue and Dr. Mary E. Siegel.

Chronic illness is often misunderstood because it lacks obvious physical symptoms. In this updated edition, Drs. Donoghue and Siegel highlight key components for someone living with a chronic illness such as communicating with loved ones, conveying symptoms with a doctor and other closely related ailments. This easy read will help one understand, sympathize and gain insight into living with an invisible chronic illness.

About the Authors:
Dr. Paul J. Donoghue and Dr. Mary E. Siegel are psychologists in private practice in Stamford, Connecticut. Their work has been featured on "The Today Show," CNBC, and "Good Day New York," and in the New York Times.
