Yesterday, my brother-in-law's funeral was .......... gosh. How does one describe a funeral? Descriptive words escape me at the moment, suffice to say that it went as planned. It was wonderful to see family that we haven't seen for awhile. The stories exchanged were terrific....but it's too soon to share.
Not yet. I think we all need a little bit of time.
On another note: Happy Independence Day to us! Have fun with those fireworks, but don't be running around barefoot with a lit sparkler in your hand. Don't ask how I know this.
