My soon-to-be daughter in law rolled up her sleeves yesterday and pitched in on my mouse making project. We chose to use Ina Garten's shortbread cookie recipe, with our own variations. I don't think Ina had mice in mind when she created her shortbread recipe.
I think they turned out pretty......mousey, wouldn't you say?
Dang, making mouse eyeballs is hard.
I hope the infusion staff likes them.
