Are there any tips in dealing with cold frigid temps? I live in Canada, where summers are really humid and winter is cold and damp, and skin and lungs take a beating. Are there precautions we should be taking for skin care and just general well-being?
P.S. thanks for all these important bits of information you post.

I know I could do a better job... I have yet to get a humidifier... and I need to cut my caffeine after 4pm.
I am continually learning. Living with Sjogrens is not my choice... but it doesn't have to be my misery.
Thanks for all your information Miss Julia!!!!!!!
