Yesterday was less than pleasant. When the kids were little, we used to call days like those arf and barf days.

Julia, Be careful not to get dehydrated. I had an arf and barf week last week and ended up in the hospital. It doesn't take much to get dehydrated. I wonder if the Evoxac contributed because I sweat so much when I take it. Make sure your husband keeps an eye on you because sometimes being dehydrated makes you less aware of how you are doing.
