We are all gabbing over at the Sjogren's World forum about losing weight. It seems to be a popular topic.
I Googled "weight loss" and read endlessly. It is easier to read about something than it is to actually DO something, isn't it? Hmm....maybe there is a lesson in that......I should probably read more about it.
In my reading, I found a really interesting website put out by the National Institutes of Health. It's a little tool called the Portion Distortion. You can find it here. Portion sizes have changed considerably over the years.
It's good information, although I really don't want to know how many calories were in that Big Mac that I had for dinner last night.
